This is the most amazing Star Wars nesting doll I have seen, and I am including it in tomorrow's Star Wars matryoshka post we're doing on our blog. Full attribution to you, of course. Amazing artistry. I wish you sold these! I would totally get one for my dad! We always buy him silly Star Wars and Star Trek gifts for his desk at work - like a stuffed Yoda, or a darth vader snow globe. lol

Again, friggin awesome matryoshka!

[...] Star Wars Matryoshka Dolls, by Matt Brown author's comments: So here it is - the complete set of Star Wars Russian dolls I made for my brother's Christmas present… I bought a set of blank Matryoshka dolls online and painted them with acrylic. It took several evenings to finish, whilst watching the original trilogy. There was quite a bit of cursing here and there, and the hair-drier came in very handy, but I think it turned out fairly well. I tried to choose characters that lent themselves to the shape and size of the dolls, whilst trying to think which ones my brother would like best. Darth is roughly six inches tall, Yoda's about an inch. [mattbrownart.] __________________ * Forests, lakes, and rivers, clouds and winds, stars and flowers, stupendous glaciers and crystal snowflakes - every form of animate or inanimate existence, leaves its impress upon the soul of man. ?
